Heads up – we’re not posting our vouchers out at the moment. However, all you have to do is purchase a voucher, and you’ll receive an email with your order details. Then, simply show our team the order number in the restaurant to redeem your voucher. If it’s a gift for a pal or someone cool, then you can send them the received email with the order number on the voucher email.
Terms & Conditions:
Please ensure that you show Team Bibimbap Edinburgh your voucher(s) before dining with us. All you have to do is show our team your Voucher Order Number via your email, smartphone or a printed copy of the voucher. We are not posting vouchers so all customers must show proof of the voucher as stated above.
• All vouchers must be redeemed within 12 months of the purchase date. If the vouchers are not used within this period then they will be null and void and no refunds or exchange will be offered.
• Vouchers must be presented to our team before dining with us by either notifying us at the time of booking or presenting them to our team via email, smartphone or printed format.
• Voucher purchase(s) are via electronic email. Simply present this via email/phone to redeem. If you require a physical voucher then please pop into our restaurant.
• Vouchers can only be used in a single transaction. If there is any remaining amount or value on the voucher then no exchangeable cash or another voucher will be offered.
• Please ensure that all details are correct when purchasing your voucher: email address, telephone number.
• Bibimbap Edinburgh reserves the right to change or amend our Terms & Conditions without prior notice.
